Welcome at Schäferbarthold, the innovative wholesaler for automotive spare parts and accessories. As an internationally acting providing wholesaler we serve our customers in more than 70 countries - here we focus on authorized dealers and workshops, regional wholesalers as well as specialized retailers.

Already in 1924  the cornerstone for this development has been laid in Minden. Today we are one of the big distributors of the sector and serve our customers from our central location in Porta Westfalica.

The priority business objective is to find appreciation in the market by service. To achieve this there are currently more than 250 committed and qualified employees and apprentices supporting our customers. In exchange for their competent commitment we offer a challenging and diversified employment including a high personal responsibility, an attractive working environment with a very good and creative atmosphere and a high social responsibility within our common targets.

Company pension scheme

Who is retiring has to accept a bitte loss of income. The gap between the last salary and the state pension will be even bigger in future. This will mean a net pension of less than 50 % of the last net salary then.

The company pension scheme via Schäferbarthold offers our employees a possibility to bridge this gap. We support our employees with building up an additional pension, take care of the administration and pay into their precaution annually. In addition the employees have the possibility to increase their pension by adding their own contributions.

The basis for a successful company is a motivated and healthy staff. The workplace health management provides a complex, effective and of course systematic control of all health activities to enable healthy working and an optimal job performance.
